Mid-gold in colour. This is peaty, very complex and rich on the nose which has complex aromas of vanilla, oranges, fondants, mixed peel and marinated citrus fruits. On the palate there is a rich texture with fabulous length of honeyed, smokey flavours and a creamy, refined and beautifully balanced finish. A great whisky from one of Scotland’s most northern distillerys.
