Dalmore distillery sits in a beautiful position overlooking the Black Isle across the Cromarty Firth. This is a remarkable and extremely rare 30 year old, extended ageing in cask having given it astonishing complexity as well as concentration and intensity. A malty, sweet nose, fruity on the middle palate, extending into a long, lingering, smokey finish. Very fine indeed.
