Note fra Zubair Mohamed (Master of Wine):
Pale lemon gold in colour. Delicate bouquet of spices and candied fruits. This is very fresh, light and elegant on the palate with a wonderfully silky texture. It is deceptively long with a most attractive, mellow, richly flavoured and spicey finish. A complete whisky.

Note fra Zubair Mohamed (Master of Wine):
Burnished gold. This has a fruity nose with hints of bananas. There is a lovely rich, creamy texture with great length. A very fine and complex whisky with lots of character and great depth.

Note fra Douglas McIvor:
The nose of this Malt is pleasantly plump, with some sweet yellow fruit emerging in advance of mint and delicate peat smoke. The palate offers light, buttery toast notes, finishing in a soft easy-going manner as a little spice cuts in.

Note fra Douglas McIvor:
The whisky has a delicate floral complexity and this expression reveals ripe aromas of Dundee cake and sugar-sprinkled apple pie. The flavours boast licorice, ginger bread and sugared almonds. The finish is spicy, nutty and fruity.

Note fra Douglas McIvor:
Such deeply fruit-driven malts are seldom found. There are heady aromas of nectarine and marmalade with creamy walnut hints. The palate bursts with sweet citrus, candied fruit and fades gracefully to give a silky, creamy finish.

This exceptional single cask whisky has lush, clean, fruity-sweet apricot aromas. The oily creamy engaging palate reveals chocolate orange with raisins and warm spice emerges at the lingering finale.

Note fra Douglas McIvor:
This has a pronounced fragrance for a grain spirit. It is fruity, reminiscent of apple crumble, vanilla and custard creams. The palate is surprisingly full and oily with waves of spice and juicy lime.
To finish there is a satisfying warm spicy prickle.

Note fra Douglas McIvor:
This expression gives carbolic and sea air with soft ripe yellow fruit. The palate is immediately peat-laden, fattening with some sweet intensity as the oily, fruity structure emerges. The finish provides a smoky, peppery aftermath.

Note fra Douglas McIvor:
Light, sweet grassy, aromas mingle with dry peat. The flavour allows vanilla and toasted oak to bang heads with brine and peat. The finish is savoury, dry and appetising.
